Artwork Guidelines

In a nut shell, design your display graphics as follows...

  • Design at 100 to 120 ppi at full size
  • See design templates
  • Most displays will require a 2" to 5" perimeter bleed area (see design template)
  • PDF files preferred (PSD, and Ai, and EPS are okay)
  • Include all support files like fonts, linked images, etc
  • Convert fonts to outline
  • Build your art files in CMYK
  • For color matching provide layered art with Pantone Coated call outs

  • NOTE... If spinning after "Submit" in Firefox browser, then "click" the Shield Icon in browser address bar and turn off "Enhanced Tracking Protection" for this site
  • Upload up to 10 files
  • Maximum file size 10 Gigs each (larger files call us)
  • Simply drag and drop or upload files from your system

Email Denver Display A Link

Use this option to email Denver Display a link to your file(s)

  • Simply email Denver Display a link to your artwork or attached smaller files in the email
  • Use the same email you placed your order with or will place your order with
  • See artwork guidelines further down -on this page

Upload Print Ready Art Here

Use this option to upload your print ready art directly the prepress server

  • Log in as "Anonymous"
  • Then click "New Folder" (If you already haven't created a folder for your order yet)
  • Then exit out (log out) and go back in or choose another session... and locate your folder
  • Click to open your folder
  • Click "Upload Files(s)" and add your files
  • Then double check to make sure all your artwork files and designed template-ed art is in your folder.
  • Then log out or close the browser window.
  • Then email us your file folder name to art@denverdisplay.com so we will know which folder to pull down -for your art files
  • NOTE... once you create and name a folder for uploading your print ready art, then ONLY YOU will be able to front end access your folder and files. Which means no-one other "anonymous" person can click and view your files. This is IP secure.

Your art files will be checked at size and a digital proof(s) will be emailed to you for your approval. However, prepress will check your design(s) at full size. If anything appears blurry or pixelated, you will be advised.
